I, just, I have so many questions. Sometimes, it’s senseless gummy bear death. Sometimes, it’s this.
For the uninitiated, this is a tampon applicator. There used to be a new tampon in this, but there is no longer a tampon (of any kind) in it. As far as I can tell, anyway.

We saw a couple photos of the now-infamous post-World Series burned-out Muni bus. What a hyphenated mouthful.
But my god, it looks like a freakin’ bomb went off in this bus. Amazing that no one on the bus was injured.
Robert Livingston is one of our favorite SF photographers (we have hella faves, btw). Recently, we caught wind of a nice little series of photographs that Robert took of Rod. Of the photo above, Robert says, “Rod said that he never dreamed he would be collecting bottles. He said he once had his own house. He is proud of a grown son who lives in Canada.” Love that smile.
Robert joined Rod for a ride downtown on a Muni LRV.
