Long Muni commutes sure do have their ups and downs, as Alexandra explains.
“Sat next to an old man who farted the entire ride, sat diagonal from a middle aged lady who was carrying the same vintage purse as me and gave her a thumbs up and smiled, remembered suddenly that I had a nightmare about my psycho ex boyfriend in which I gave him a hug to keep him from killing me. Just another day on the N (inbound) train.”
There are many ways to share your Muni stories. Facebook, Twitter, email, or our submit a Muni diary page. Go on, tell it like it is!

#muni 49. I wonder if that is the only green he owns.
Yep, Android. The beloved symbol of Google smartphonery, my Gmail theme, and my hallway (srsly, an Android Squishable is in my hallway) rides Muni like the rest of us. He/she/it even one-ups half of all Muni riders by standing in the elderly/disabled section, though I accept that it is probably impossible to sit in that outfit.
Google, you better hope it’s not checking an iPhone right now.
No, really, send Android-on-Muni sightings to @munidiaries on Twitter.

The ABCs of the drugs on Muni:
J for joint
K for Ketamine
L for LSD
M for DMT
N for Nitrous Oxide
T for THC
And here I thought M was for mushrooms or municipal. Gotta get with the times.

Muni rider Ryan had the keen eye and sent us this photo. I guess service reductions just weren’t enough for budget-challenged Muni.
