SF Examiner has the story. Apparently, an LRV struck a pedestrian walking on the tracks underground between Embarcadero and Montgomery stations.

The 511 service alert has expired, so we’re assuming regular service has resumed. The accident occurred aroun 5 a.m., according to the Examiner. We’ll update as we learn more.
