We are counting down the minutes until Saturday night when we present some deliciously wacky Muni tales at the Elbo Room! We’ve added our favorite Muni cartoonist Mike Capozzola to our lineup, and of course gift certificates to The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen and Southpaw BBQ for brave audience storytellers. And you’ll be there for the second showdown of our Muni Haiku Battle.

We’ll have tickets at the door if you don’t have an advanced ticket already.

American Grilled Cheese Kitchen’s move into the old Cafe Gratitude spot is probably my favorite food coup of last year. What I mean is, I am grateful for melted sharp cheddar, artisan cured ham, rosemary butter, and real bread. Next Saturday at Muni Diaries Live, we’ll trade your great Muni stories for a heaping tray of BBQ, sides, and booze from Southpaw BBQ.

Southpaw BBQ is giving a gift certificate for the best audience storyteller at our show on March 2, which is only nine days away! Southpaw is within stumbling distance from the Elbo Room, so you will be five minutes away from a silver tray of ribs, braised greens, and mac and cheese.
