Regarding the Bus Rapid Transit on Geary:
Why not preserve the vehicle underpass for through traffic on Geary at Fillmore, and still keep the center-boarding options open? Instead of filling all the lanes, use an “elevated” structure (that remains at street level) for the busway. That would block only one lane on each side and leave the other lanes open.
