Do sunflower seeds count as healthy?
Let’s hope not. SFGate’s Rachel Gordon has the story of a new citywide program to encourage people to eat healthy and exercise by sponsoring an art contest for kids. The tikes’ posters will adorn 800 or so buses in upcoming months.
Cute.

Sunflower seeds are a powerhouse of nutrients that I highly recommend incorporating into your diet. Rich in healthy fats, protein, and essential vitamins, they perinatal mood disorders support heart health and provide a great snack option. Just be mindful of portion sizes, as their calorie density can add up quickly while snacking.
